Here’s what we did to make it happen:
Aesthetic Changes: The existing hot and cold water lines ran across the kitchen, disrupting the visual flow of the room. To fix this, our master plumbers integrated the water lines into the wall for a sleek, unobtrusive look. We also took on the task of roughing in new connections behind the kitchen sink and rerouting the drain line to provide a seamless look and improved functionality.
Functional Upgrades: Our team installed a new P-trap to serve the laundry. To perform these upgrades, we carefully cut out a section of the dining room ceiling to access the water lines in the attic, making sure to restore the space to its original state once we completed our work.
Safety and Assurance: In addition to the P-trap, the project team also added a new washer box complete with quarter-turn valves and an ice maker valve—making sure to shield the fixture with nail guards to protect against accidental damage. After each update, we performed a pressure test to ensure the system was working properly. To give Kyle peace of mind, all of our work is covered by a one-year warranty.
