Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Be familiar with company, policies, products, and services to independently answer customers’ questions
  • Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner
  • Take and deliver messages appropriately and follow up
  • Call customers to schedule appointments
  • Alert manager quickly to significant customer issues
  • Resolve or escalate customer complaints or issues as needed
  • Be a champion of the customers to our company by ensuring customer satisfaction and professional customer support

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and patience
  • Good communication skills
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
  • Computer skills (prior experience with ServiceTitan preferred)
  • Self-starter, motivated, and willingness to learn
