Fix & Flow Plumbing provided all necessary labor, materials, and parts to complete the plumbing services detailed below. All work was performed professionally and efficiently, with careful attention to cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with applicable codes.

Second Floor Bathroom

Toilet Repairs – Middle and Left-Side Toilets
Both the middle and left-side toilets were upgraded with new commercial-grade flush valve assemblies to restore reliable water flow and flushing performance. New shut-off valves were also installed at each supply line, providing improved control and long-term dependability. All connections were calibrated and tested for leak-free operation.

Sink Drain Repair – Right-Side Sink
The existing corroded P-trap and pop-up assembly were removed and replaced with new rust-resistant components. This repair restored proper drainage, improved reliability, and enhanced the appearance of the exposed plumbing.

Third Floor Bathroom

Toilet Repair – Middle Toilet
A new commercial-grade flush valve and shut-off valve were installed to ensure efficient flushing and leak-free performance. The system was fully tested and confirmed to be functioning correctly at proper pressure.

Faucet Installation – Middle Sink
The existing faucet was replaced with a new fixture selected to match the bathroom’s style and finish. Updated supply lines and mounting hardware were included, and all connections were tested for smooth, leak-free operation.

Sink Drain Repair – Middle Sink
The corroded P-trap and pop-up assembly were replaced with new, durable components, restoring proper drainage. All seals were inspected and confirmed watertight.

Shower Drain Preventative Maintenance

All shower drains throughout the home were inspected and tested, with no blockages found at the time of service. As a preventative measure, each drain was snaked to remove minor buildup and treated with an eco-friendly enzyme solution. This treatment breaks down hair, soap scum, and residue, helping to prevent future clogs and maintain consistent drainage.

Water Pressure Repair

The home’s water pressure was measured at 110 PSI, well above the recommended level, due to a failed pressure reducing valve (PRV). The main water supply was shut off and the faulty 2-inch PRV and gauge were removed. A new 2-inch PRV and pressure gauge were installed with proper seals and secure connections. After restoring water service and purging air from the system, the new pressure was calibrated and stabilized at 75 PSI for safe, efficient operation.

The Result: Multiple plumbing issues across the second and third floors were resolved, system reliability was restored, and preventative maintenance was performed to reduce the risk of future problems. With the new PRV in place, the home’s water pressure is now stabilized, ensuring safer, more efficient plumbing performance throughout the property.
