After clearing the line, Chad tested both the toilet and tub several times to confirm everything was draining smoothly.
Chad and his team later executed a full sewer line replacement to prevent future backups. They excavated a trench from the house to the street, laying a new 4” PVC sewer line secured with a conveniently placed clean-out near the house and extending it to the 6” county tap. To ensure stability and longevity, the team poured concrete around the transition, bedded the line and tested the entire system. Finally, Chad completed a thorough video inspection to give Beth peace of mind that everything was working properly.
Our team extended their care to Beth’s property by meticulously backfilling the trench, raking the yard flat, and spreading wheat straw on the area. Chad and his team removed all debris from the site, taking care to leave the property as pristine as they found it.
