Our work with Mohua was quite invasive, involving the replacement of an old cast iron sewer line that ran beneath the home’s foundation. Given the extensive nature of this project, it was important to not only replace the sewer line but to also preserve the landscaping throughout Mohua’s yard.

Our team kicked off this project by digging a trench in the yard to remove the existing cast iron piping. The crew then installed high-grade schedule 40 PVC sewer lines, making sure to lay proper bedding and support first in order to meet all code and safety standards. These new lines stretch from the house’s crawlspace to the exterior, then onwards from the driveway to the street. We also added a dual-way cleanout to the exterior of the home for easy maintenance along with a new city cleanout by the curb.

We carefully set aside any plants in the project path and replanted them once our job was complete.
