Fix & Flow Plumbing was called to repair a leaking jetted tub system. The intake assembly had cracked, allowing water to escape into the cavity beneath the tub. Because the component could not be salvaged, full replacement was required.
Our technician, Ben Silis, accessed the cavity by cutting an opening through the fiberglass skirt at the front of the tub. The failed intake assembly was removed and replaced with a new, compatible unit. The intake was reconnected to the existing PVC piping leading to the jet pump, with all seals and fittings secured for a watertight connection.
After installation, the tub was filled, the system tested, and all connections confirmed leak-free.
The Result: The jetted tub is now fully operational with no signs of leaking, restoring both functionality and peace of mind for the homeowner.
