Kitchen – Filtration System Installation

A new ROHL filtration dispenser was installed through the quartz countertop, paired with a customer-supplied ROHL under-sink filtration system. A new isolation valve was added for easier servicing. Master Bathroom – Shower Door Seal Replacement

The deteriorated seals around the shower door were removed and replaced. The glass and tile surfaces were cleaned, prepped, and resealed with waterproof sealant, restoring the watertight integrity of the shower enclosure and preventing further leaks.

Mechanical Room – Condensation Drain Line Repair

A leaking section of the condensation drain line was removed and replaced with new piping. The system was tested to confirm proper drainage and leak-free operation.

Master Bathroom – Shower Drain Cleaning

The shower drain was snaked and flushed to remove debris and mineral buildup. Flow was fully restored, improving drainage and reducing the risk of odor or standing water.
