Responsibilities

  • Work independently to diagnose and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Communicate effectively to assist customers to make informed and confident buying decisions
  • Work well with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the company
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices and timesheets
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including professional appearance, professional conduct, safety protocol, processes and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Clean, safe driving record
  • Prefer experienced and licensed (depending on the experience and willingness to learn, apprenticeship may be available)
  • Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Physical dexterity for bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, etc
  • Good interpersonal skills and patience
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
  • Must be a good listener
  • Good communication skills
